Once you are comfortable with the build cost, we proceed with a build contract, obtain permits, and begin the build.

Saturday: 10 am – 8 pm

Admission at the door is:
$10 for adults or $8 with a non-perishable,
non-expired food items for the Food Bank of Lincoln.

FREE for children 12 & under.

Sales tax is included in the ticket price.

POOL HOUSE PROJECT

We are on the fast track to completing this modern pool house project in time for the residents to enjoy during the spring and summer months, just around the corner!

THINKING ABOUT A HOME ADDITION?

We constructed an addition by removing the deck from the home, expanding and updating the kitchen, and dining room where the old deck used to be, and creating an open-concept design. The new deck is now adjacent to its previous location.
