This month we are stepping out of the norm and featuring a type of project we don’t usually work on. This is a home addition project and we are tearing off a deck space, adding a new deck to the side of the home, and creating the open-concept footprint that the homeowner has always desired.

Built exclusively by Build DCB Inc. “Helen June” is a 1 ½ Story Modern American Design located in the popular Vintage Heights subdivision. This home combines modern exterior and interior elements, features, and design. The 4-stall side entry garage enhances the homes curb appeal. Approaching the home, you are greeted with gray toned curb appeal, a covered entry, stone columns, stucco, oversized windows, stone, lush landscaping, and an 8-foot-tall double entrance.

Walking into the home you are greeted with multi-level ceiling heights, open loft space and architectural accents.
