We took a common split living floor plan for this home and revised the exterior to become something special. Incorporating stone, concrete, glass, steel, and IPE for the exterior finishes. Creating clean lines and finishes to inspire thought and art with the home when you approach it. We have a very practical layout inside with split living, but we made sure to accentuate the views and natural light with large windows. Using high clerestory windows allows the space to be flooded with natural light entering the home so that during the daytime, electrical lighting isn’t required when in the space. Our goal is not to force modern design, but to help people understand there are no boundaries to design and that design can be much greater than they realize. The potential of what we can design and build for them will be a true custom home every time.
